Anita Linder

First and foremost, I am a lover of knowledge, truth, and freedom. I practice movement with a strong and diverse blend of interests spanning physical education sciences, arts, spirituality, and healing. My studies have always combined academic and personal pursuits, crafting a creative design of my days filled with authentic adventures and direct experiential dimensions. Since my teenage years, I have traveled the world to attend workshops with renowned teachers and participate in art festivals with my performances. Since 2016, I have been traveling with my project "Elemental Move," sharing workshops in Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Miami, France, and Morocco.

From childhood, I grew up surrounded by movement and well-being, influenced by my mother, a dancer, and my grandmother, a nurse and yogi, who taught me the importance of movement and body care. From a young age, I was already on stage, dedicating myself professionally to dance. This nurturing and loving environment formed the foundation of my passion for the art of movement.
At five years old, I began my professional training in ballet in Río Cuarto, Argentina, and as a gymnast at the Central Club, competing for five years. At ten, I began my spiritual journey with Reiki, profoundly impacting my approach to wellness and healing. This early immersion expanded into contemporary dance, circus, contact improvisation, butoh, martial arts, floor acrobatics, theater, recreation, singing, yoga, breathwork, and rehabilitation techniques.

My passion for knowledge has taken me around the world to study, and it is something I will always continue to do, as I believe knowledge allows us to live in greater well-being, harmony, and freedom. This is why both my teachings and artistic works have a holistic and multidisciplinary foundation, an integral, sensitive, and cognitive approach that fosters coherence between body, mind, and spirituality. My profound quest focuses on unlocking human potential.
Yoga Life: A Path Of Resilence
It was through a major crisis that I reconnected with yoga and decided to train as a teacher at the age of 19. Yoga became a lifestyle that teaches me every day to be a better person, live with greater well-being, and support conscious processes through movement. Meditation and breathwork are the foundation of my habits and the tools I share in my sessions, both in mentoring and training.

For many years, I pushed my body to extremes, subjecting it to significant demands and metabolic stress. A significant injury led me to reevaluate my relationship with movement, shifting my focus more towards healthy practice rather than performance. Every crisis is an opportunity, and thanks to this, I met Mario Disanto, a key mentor in my development with whom I studied and worked as a personal trainer specialized in injury prevention and recovery.
Teachings
Learning, creating, and sharing are the essential pillars of human intrinsic skills and powerful factors for the real progress of humanity. I want those around me to rise and shine, improving the quality of their lives by incorporating attentive and meaningful movement practices.

From a young age, I had the soul of a teacher, whether in choreographies, acrobatics, or games. I began sharing classes at a very young age. At 16, I founded my first comprehensive education project at the El Hormiguero Cultural Center, a space for children at social risk. Since then, I have continued to share classes in acrobatics and dance.

In 2018, I developed my method "Elemental Move," which fuses all the knowledge that has helped me move and live better. I seek to inspire each individual to connect deeply with their body and discover their inner healing power.
Committed to my personal and professional evolution, I help others achieve their maximum potential by merging movement, mind, and creativity. I work from the foundations of neuroscience applied to movement, creating a meaningful bond between science and creativity. I continue to expand my knowledge in neuroscience, anatomy, philosophy, and more, with a holistic approach that empowers individuals through conscious practices. I keep teaching and training hundreds of students, both in-person and online, and I have no plans of stopping. I want to offer everyone the opportunity to grow in this life of movement, well-being, and creativity.
