If you are looking to fast-track your progress or rehabilitation, private classes are the ideal choice. Every body has its own unique story, and our focus will be entirely on yours.

Group Class

Whether it's for friends, celebrations, or a group getaway, I provide mats and equipment, and can organize sessions in the comfort of your home or another venue.

Retreats

I partner with retreat facilitators to create unique practices aligned with the themes of each retreat—allowing space for integration through mindful movement, yoga, breathwork, strength, and group dynamics.
