1. Initial Assessment
The first step toward your transformation
- Welcome Form: We begin with a detailed questionnaire where you’ll tell me about your habits, movement history, goals, availability, injuries or limitations, and available equipment. I want to get a clear sense of who you are and where you want to go.
- Video-Based Evaluation Protocol: Once I receive your form, I’ll send you a series of tests to assess your strength, mobility, and coordination. You’ll record these and send them back to me. This helps me analyze how your body moves and identify both strengths and areas for improvement.
This phase usually takes about a week. The sooner you start, the sooner you’ll begin to feel the difference.
2. Personalized Training Program
Intentional movement tailored to you
Based on your evaluation, I will design a fully customized training program—crafted specifically for your body, needs, and goals. This program integrates strength development, mobility work, skill-building, and body awareness.
You’ll receive a structured PDF with access to detailed video tutorials for every movement, along with the theoretical foundations and the breakdown of each training block. Everything will be hosted on our Online Mentorship platform, where you and I will walk this path together.
This is not just a list of exercises—it’s a journey into embodied movement, presence, and long-term transformation.
3. Ongoing Support
You won’t walk this path alone
- If you choose the online format, you’ll have direct messaging access to me. You can ask questions, share updates, and send me videos of your practice for feedback.
- I’ll provide clear, actionable guidance to fine-tune your form and help you stay consistent and motivated throughout the process.

4. In-Person Training Option
Practice with me in Ibiza
- If you’re based in Ibiza, you can train independently at Primal moves Ibiza from 9 AM to 14PM, with my guidance always available when needed. It’s a focused and inspiring environment where your practice will grow in depth and consistency.
